Are You Pre-Approved?

The best preparation you can have as a homebuyer is to be educated about the market and to understand your comfort level with the financial aspect of a home purchase.  Securing a pre-approval from a reputable mortgage lender allows you to better understand your financial commitment to your home purchase, and serves a major role in our offer presentation to a seller. The specific nuances would be better discussed together over the phone or in person, but suffice it to say, the initial investment of time to get pre-approved pays dividends in the process.

After your offer is accepted, the property will go Under Contract, and you will need to select professionals to advise and represent your best interests throughout the transaction. These professionals include a dedicated area-specialist real estate attorney, home inspectors, and a reputable and punctual title company who will ensure there are no liens or claims on the property.
